So what can we do about all these emotions that flood in? Do you feel overwhelmed? Undermined? In despair? Are there days when you feel you could lose your sanity? Are you incapacitated by floods of tears?
Or are you burying your emotions? Maybe you’re keeping a stiff upper lip and carrying on. Emotions can be messy, right? Life is easier if we ignore them…

Emotions that swamp us or emotions that are buried will eventually lead to illness. We need to learn how to process our emotions.
